Staying NSync
Crunk for Christopher Kirkpatrick

Each NSyncer came from a background of music before they met and became NSync. Joey Fatone did a few musicals at Universal. JC Chasez was a Musketeer on the New MMC as well as Justin Timberlake who also apeared on Star Search. Lance Bass worked with the same vocal coach as Justin. And Chris sang in a doo woop group. Chris also worked at Universal where he meet Joey. Chris brought up the idea of a group to Justin. And then JC and Joey learned about Chris's idea. They started doing their thing and felt they didn't sound quite right. They needed a bass player and Justin had just the guy to pull through, but at the time Lance was still in school and his mom wasn't too sure, but fortunately for the foursome she allowed her son to join. Now the fivesome did a harmony together and blended perfectly. Next thing to do was show how good they were. They started singing at different public areas. Getting little recognition if none at all they continued toward their dream.Needing a name Justin's mom helped them out. She showed that the last letter of their first names spelt out 'NSYNC when put together like so: justiN chriS joeY LansteN and jC. The boys loved it and knew it went well with their harmonies that were always in sync. They found a manager and showed him what they were capable of. They hit it big time making it into the top 100 with I Want You Back before hitting the Top 10. No one was more amazed than 'NSync. They soon released their first album titled 'NSync. In 1999 their sophmore album No Strings Attached was released. On the No Strings album the song Space Cowboy features Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes from TLC. JC also wrote the song as well as Digital Get Down and No Strings Attached while Justin wrote I'll Be Good For You. Now in 2002 after the release of Celebrity in 2001,and the release of Joey and Lance's movie On The Line,JC's producing,Justin's charity, and Chris' clothing company, these five guys still keep it together and wow audiences of all ages.
